Configures the return-on-investment (ROI) calculator displayed in the LogonBox Express dashboard. The calculator estimates the cost savings from self-service password resets.
Settings
- Password Reset Cost
- The estimated cost (in the display currency) of a single helpdesk-assisted password reset. This is used to calculate the total savings from self-service resets. Default is 70 (e.g. $70 USD per manual reset, based on typical industry estimates).
- Display Currency
- The ISO 4217 currency code used when showing the ROI figures (e.g.
USD, GBP, EUR). Default is USD.
Adjust the password reset cost to match the actual cost at your organisation. Include IT staff time, helpdesk overhead, and lost productivity. Industry studies typically cite figures between $20 and $70 per reset.
