Configures the LogonBox Authenticator app as a second authentication factor. Users approve sign-in requests from their mobile device using biometrics or a PIN.

Enrolment
Allow Login Registration
When enabled (default), users without the Authenticator app enrolled will be prompted to set it up during their next login. Disable to require pre-enrolment by an administrator.
Allow Skip
When enabled (default), users can skip Authenticator enrolment for a limited number of logins. Useful for a grace period during initial roll-out.
Maximum Skips
The number of times a user can defer enrolment before it becomes mandatory. Default is 5.
How It Works
  1. The user installs the LogonBox Authenticator app on their iOS or Android device.
  2. During enrolment, they scan a QR code displayed by the platform to pair the app.
  3. On each subsequent login, the platform sends a push notification to the device.
  4. The user approves the request using biometrics (Face ID, fingerprint) or their PIN.
