Manages the licence applied to this platform installation. Licences unlock features, increase capacity limits, and define support entitlements.
Applying a Licence
You can apply a licence in two ways:
- Licence Key – Enter the licence key text in the field provided.
- Licence File – Upload a
.lic licence file using the file attachment field.
Licence Information
Once a valid licence is applied, the following read-only fields display its details:
- Licensed To
- The organisation name the licence was issued to.
- Licence Type
- The type of licence (e.g. Professional, Enterprise, Trial).
- Licence Expires
- The date after which the licence is no longer valid for new features (existing functionality typically continues working; check your licence terms).
- Support Expires
- The date after which technical support and software update entitlements expire.
PAYG Credits
- Low Credits Notification Threshold
- The credit balance at which a low-credits warning is sent to administrators. Default is 10 credits.
