Controls how long statistical data is retained in the database across all tenants. Statistics are used by dashboards and reporting features to display historical trends and usage patterns.

Days to Retain

The number of days that statistical data is kept before being purged. A value of 0 (the default) means data is retained indefinitely. Set a positive value to automatically remove old statistics and keep the database from growing without restrictions.

Changing this value on a live deployment will immediately affect how long historical data is kept. Data older than the configured retention period will be deleted on the next purge cycle.

Recommended Settings

0 – Retain all data (suitable for small deployments or when storage is not a concern).
30 – Retain 30 days of data (typical for operational dashboards).
365 – Retain one year of data (suitable for compliance and trend analysis).
