Configures where system alert notifications are delivered when the platform encounters errors or warnings. Alerts can be sent to an email address or other configured notification channel.
Alert Types
- Error Alerts
- When enabled, error-level events are forwarded to the configured address.
- Warning Alerts
- When enabled, warning-level events are forwarded to the configured address.
Delivery Settings
- Message Type
- The delivery channel for alerts (e.g. email, SMS). The available options depend on the messaging plugins installed.
- Address
- The destination address (email address, phone number, etc.) where alerts are sent. Required.
For email alerts, ensure that SMTP or SendGrid is configured and working. Alerts will not be delivered if the underlying messaging service is not operational.
